SalaryWe have a great IT Assistant role for our client in Enfield/Brimsdown.
The small IT team support multiple sites across the UK, helping colleagues with IT issues and keeping systems up to date. From time to time you may need to visit other sites.
- Starting salary £28,000, rising after probation
- 100% office based
- 35 hour week – 9.00am to 5.00pm with an hour for lunch
- 21 days annual leave plus bank holidays

The team are a friendly lot, and are looking for a third member. The needs of the department have grown, and an extra pair of reliable hands are needed!
On a day to day basis you will:
- Provide technical support across the company
- Respond to requests for assistance in a timely manner
- Support users of the internal database raising a case external support where necessary
- Diagnose and fix issues with company issued hardware, including, PC’s, laptops, tablets and smartphones
- Proactively monitor email security filtering and anti-virus solutions
- Ensure devices are receiving latest security patches
- Proactively monitor Office 365 account
- Undertake projects at the request of the IT Manager such as auditing assets, enrolling devices into system
- Help the company achieve Cyber Essentials certification
- Gain an understanding of internal software tools to support users
We are looking for someone with:
- 3-ish years general IT support experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Friendly communication skills
- Solid IT support experience
- The ability to work within a small team
The position is vacant so we are looking for someone to start as soon as possible, but we will wait for you to serve a notice period!!
