Position: Business Development Manager (Hybrid Role)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic Business Development plans to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including MSPs, clients, and industry partners.

Identify and capitalize on opportunities within the technology and telecommunications sectors, leveraging your expertise in selling Microsoft services and solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive value.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients and partners.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

Proven track record of success in Business Development, with experience selling Microsoft services and solutions or within the telecommunications industry.

Familiarity with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and experience in developing partnerships and collaborations.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.

Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and pursue market opportunities effectively.

Experience working in a hybrid role with remote and in-person interactions is preferred.
