As the successful IT Support Analyst your duties will include:
- Technical support and remote troubleshooting experience
- Testing software for end user deployment
- Maintaining a continuous up to date knowledge on the products and services provided
- Keeping an up to date log and tracking of incidents
- Able to resolve customer queries to a high standard
- Handle all escalated product related issues, including product enhancements, bug resolution and overall product education
- Confident to highlight and put forward ideas in ways with the team can improve business procedures
- Confidence in relaying information and guiding customers over the phone, in a clear, professional and concise manner to resolve problems efficiently.
Desirables:
MS SQL experience, inclusive of database alterations, profiling to assess issues, manipulation of client data and the ability to create and execute statements.

The successful IT Support Analyst will have previous experience working in a similar level role, the confidence and ability to communicate effectively with customers and produce resolutions for a seamless client journey. In return you will receive a salary of between £21,000 – £26,000 per annum, based on experience. Your working week will be Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm in office.
