IT Support Engineer

Robert Half Technology are assisting a global Manufacturing organisation based in London & Cambridge to recruit a IT Support Engineer on a 12 month rolling contract

Role

• The IT Support Engineer will resolve incoming requests for technical assistance on standard, commercial and proprietary applications
• Consistent customer care, quality standards, and reporting requirements are core competencies of the position
• The ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and fluctuations in workflow are requirements of the role
• The ability to lead by example, provide direction to junior staff, and work in a close knit team environment are all essential qualities of the role
• Complete tasks in a timely manner. Follow directions of regional team leads and manager
• White Glove service for Executives and other VIP's necessary

Profile

The IT Support Engineer will have extensive experience with:

• Windows 10
• MS Office 2010
• Active Directory
• Network or Internet connectivity troubleshooting
• VPN client management and troubleshooting
• Mobile device configuration and troubleshooting (mostly iPhone, some Androids, and tablets)
• Printer Management and Hardware troubleshooting
