This role is responsible for administering the inhouse database and liaising with customers.
Main duties will include;
To provide excellent customer service by answering telephone and email queries on with accurate and concise information in a polite manner.
Provide tailored advice and guidance to customers on the organisations processes.
Processing of information on internal database within the agreed timelines.
Data entry, updating and maintaining all levels of individual records on the internal database
Assist with project admin, this may include travelling to other venues.
This is a hybrid role, and the ideal applicant will have some admin or customer service experience.
Starting salary is 22.5K plus excellent benefits
