We are looking for a proactive Junior HR Administrator to assist in the onboarding process for new hires and support various employee lifecycle processes. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to the seamless integration of employees into the company.
Day-to-day of the role:- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, obtaining references, and ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
- Support employee lifecycle processes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations by updating relevant documentation and systems.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure all employment requirements are met.
- Respond to HR-related queries and provide administrative support to the HR team.
- Collaborate with various departments to improve HR processes and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
