Our Business Services Team (BST) comprises creative, strategic, forward-thinking business enablers. Together, the People & Culture, Marketing & Communications, IT, Operations, Finance and Quality & Risk Management teams make it their mission to ensure Mazars has the right tools, technology, strategies and services to deliver exceptional client service and future-proof our growing business.
About the role
- In this newly created position you will work as part of the HR Business Partnering team with the aim of supporting the Senior HR Business Partner to;
- Successfully achieve a wide range of partner related activities and deliver key partner projects
- Act as a trusted advisor, proactively forming meaningful internal client relationships built on the delivery of high-quality outputs
- Add value through providing creative and commercial solutions to people challenges, whilst contributing to the development of an inclusive, innovative team of the future
- The role will also include a variety of interesting firmwide people projects with a specific focus on supporting the senior HR Business Partner to help deliver the people
