The Junior Operations Analyst role will primarily revolve around the calculation, administration and communication of the commission and bonus plans for the global Commercial organisation and will work closely with other departments such as Sales and Finance to ensure that all activities are completed to a high degree of accuracy. The role will also have involvement in in ongoing Commercial reporting requirements as well as helping to maintain dashboards on our BI system (Sisense). The team has a reputation for high standards and high-quality data provision, and this reputation needs to be maintained at all times.
Job Overview:
- Calculate regular commission and bonus payments and work to strict deadlines to ensure that payments are submitted to payroll on time for processing.
- Communicate targets and compensation statements in a timely manner.
- Manage and respond to queries promptly and professionally.
- Production and collation of all compensation related documentation.
- Prepare and maintain dashboards and reporting in various platforms.
- Ensure the integrity and consistency of corporate data.
- Prepare and distribute various reporting across the Commercial organization.
- Review team processes and own work methods with a view to improve efficiency and effectiveness of allocated tasks.
- Create and maintain strong relationships within the Commercial organisation and across the business.
Skills & Experience
- Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Flexible “Can do” attitude.
- Organized approach to all tasks.
- Good team player with the ability to work on own initiative as required.
- Ability to communicate confidently.
- Excellent time management and deadline oriented.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning or other CRM systems.
- Knowledge of and experience with Business Intelligence platforms (e.g. Sisense).
