A successful, National Business is looking for a Junior PA to join their team within their headquarters, supporting the EA of multiple directors. This will is a brilliant opportunity for those who have limited experience in this position and are keen to develop their professional capabilities and skills within a PA role.
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role shall include:
Diary management.
Coordination of travel arrangements.
Pro-active management of emails, correspondence and queries.
Manage invoices, authorisation and payment processes.
Organise, manage and monitor meetings.
Presentation research and preparation.
Preparation of reports.
The successful candidate will poses the following skills and attributes:
Have previous experience in a PA OR EA Assistant role.
Have solid management skills.
Strong organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to meet deadlines and work to targets.
Strong it skills and knowledge, including the use of Microsoft Office.
