Junior Sous Chef responsibilities:

Responsible for running the shift when senior management aren’t available, you’ll be confident in keeping on top of standards and good practices set out by P&B. You’ll support with staff training and ensure that all H&S checks and cleaning has been completed to a high standard.

What we pay:

• Junior Sous Chef hourly pay is £13 including tronc + tips
