A financial services client of ours in the Colchester (West Bergholt) area are recruiting a Key Account Manager to join their team. This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm (1 in 3 Saturdays 10.00am - 4.00pm, Thursdays off that week) and paying between 23,000 - 26,000 per annum depending on experience.
Being responsible for your own territory, your key duties in this Key AccountManagerrole will include but are not limited to:
Sales:
- Regularly review and add to existing client/lead database.
- Gathering information and conducting appropriate research on all clients/leads.
- Use a mixture of effective sales techniques to establish the clients needs, matching the relevant product/service for them.
- Build strong, professional relationships with all potential and existing clients.
- Work towards and exceed KPIs.
- Integrate well with all internal teams within the business.
- Communicate professionally over the phone and in writing with all potential and existing client.
- Ensure product knowledge is up to date and relevant, thinking on your feet when making calls.
- Develop a strong, effective partnership with Field Sales Executives to work together in closing sales.
Customer Service:
- Quoting vehicle finance packages to customers over the phone.
- Adhering to FCA regulations.
- Sending out quotation/finance package documents.
- Following up on quotations to close sale.
- Contacting customers coming to the end of their finance packages to offer new products.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role:
- 2+ years previous outbound customer service or sales experience
- Good level of Maths and English
- Enthusiastic and confident
- Passionate and professional
- The desire to work hard and grow with the company long term
- Driving license and access to own car due to rural location.
