Our client are looking for a temporary Administrator to support their Laboratory Services Department and provide all round admin duties.
Overall Admin duties include:
- Ensuring all queries from Laboratories or Laboratory Services are tracked and prioritised.
- To provide overall assistance to the services team as a central helpdesk associate answering phone calls and emails.
- Raising purchase orders as requested by departments within the business.
- Using internal ticketing software to assign, coordinate and complete jobs.
- Uploading documents to the quality management system used by the business to support the asset team.
The ideal candidate:
- Provide proven administrative experience.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Polite, friendly and approachable.
- Proactive can do attitude.
- Highly motivated.
