I am delighted to be supporting a major multinational appliance and consumer electronics business to hire a Learning and Development Partner to join the global Talent team!
About the role:
This a key role for the Talent team, you will be supporting the European L&D and HR communities on all Learning and Development activities. The role will be responsible for owning the coordination and administration of the key L&D activities across Europe, it will help enable the successful delivery of both regional and global projects and initiatives in alignment with the European L&D strategy. You will focus on building trust based relationships with the Subsidiary HR / L&D team members, you will help to maintain a strong European L&D Community and provide consultative support to help them achieve their aims of growing a learning culture.
About you
To be successful in this role you will be working in a L&D Advisor or L&D Coordinator role in a large business looking for a step up to a partner level. You will be motivated, organised and have a real passion for people development. You will have worked with external vendors to ensure smooth running of L&D programmes. Ideally you will have worked with LMS (Learning management systems) and if possible Cornerstone however this is not essential. You will be able to demonstrate good data analysis skills in order to present L&D data where needed.

Location: Chertsey (Surrey)- 3 days a week in in the office
Salary: £42,000 - £48,000 experience dependant
