We are currently partnering with a national charity based in North West London, who are recruiting for an L&D Partner to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

This is a full-time position with a salary band of £37,500 to £43,000 (subject to experience) and the start date is the Start of March (pending notice).
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Supporting the Learning & Development department in meeting their strategic ambitions for staff and the quality of the services they provide
- Overseeing the implementation and evaluation of a training needs analysis and developing Learning & Development programmes based on organisational and external needs
- Supporting the design, delivery, and review of the learning and development programme as well as the development of role specific pathways for all teams
- Creating a yearly training plan, ensuring all staff members have individual learning plans or training and development plans
- Supporting managers and teams in specific training, using practice-based learning
- Delivering key training projects and working closely with colleagues to identify skills gaps, creating training where there is the need
- Ensuring the scope and continuous improvement of new programmes and managing ongoing training initiatives
- Developing processes to measure impact and return on investment/return on expectation of programmes
- Facilitating different learning channels, face to face, group, blended or digital modes of training
- Supporting the development of a pool of internal and external trainers
Experience required:
- Track record of delivering a successful learning and development programme
- Experience in developing digital learning and development
- Able to demonstrate quality improvement through an L&D programme
- Experience of working in a health social care sector
- Experience in delivering training using systems
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
- Ability to research and access specialist learning and development (covering children, adults and central departments)
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to advise on appropriate learning solutions to meet organisational and individual needs
- Understanding of the skills and knowledge necessary to be successful in the learning disability sector
- Knowledge of the qualification’s pathway for social care

Working hours:
- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
- Hybrid working - 1 day WFH
