Oakleaf Partnership are representing a global law firm who are recruiting for Learning & Development Coordinator to join their busy team of two. The L&D coordinator will report directly into the learning and development manager.
About the role
The learning and development function is typically divided in two aspects focussing on skills and career development helping employees develop business skills for their career in addition to providing support for career progressions. The role will also involve the coordination or technical legal knowledge and skills through online courses and learning materials. In addition to a wealth of other ad hoc responsibilities.
Candidate profile/experience
The successful candidate will have ideally gained experience in a professional services firm or a professional body and have a keen demonstratable interest in Learning and Development. You will take ownership of administrative duties and have great attention to detail.
