An incredible opportunity has become available for a well known and respected residential Lettings agency in Central London.
Our client is looking for an experienced Lettings Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and rapidly growing company and really make your mark in the property industry.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience (London experience preferable) in a similar role and must be driven, target focused and be able to deliver service levels to a high degree.
Your main responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

• Managing an established team of Lettings Negotiators
• Engaging with landlords, developers, tenants and applicants directly - therefore excellent communication skills are required
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with current and potential clients
• Keeping up to date with local and regional market trends
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements are met

This is a full time role which rewards you with:

• Base salary of £50,000 and an OTE of £90,000 to £100,000
