This is an extremely rewarding role, working as part of a friendly and hardworking team where you can earn unlimited commission with no threshold. You will receive on-the-job training from day 1.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaising with applicants, building relationships
- Conducting viewings
- Negotiating with tenants and landlords
- Completing compliance; conducting background checks
- Ensuring all paperwork is completed
- Finalising transactions

- Commercially aware and driven with a flair for sales
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to maintain excellent attention to detail while working under pressure
