Salary: OTE £40k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

A highly successful, forward thinking, East Sussex Property company are looking to recruit an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their team in Hastings.

The ideal candidate must have a solid experience in residential lettings sector and an excellent record of performance at your current company.

You will have a track record in hitting and exceeding targets, be ambitious and highly motivated to progress your career, have a winning mindset but, most importantly, you will be in your element when delivering spectacular customer service.

Skills: The skills required for this Lettings Negotiator role will include:

• Residential lettings experience essential.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to generate new business.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Well-spoken and well-presented
• Knowledge of the local market area
• Target driven and dynamic
• Full UK driving license
• Excellent spoken and written English
