Position: Lettings Support Officer (Legal Sector)
Salary: up to £26,000 DOE
Contract: Permanent
Location: Warwick CV34, hybrid based, 2 WFH, 3 in office. No flexibility on that
Working Shifts: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, 37 hours p/w

Our client are steadily growing and due to an internal promotion our client are in need of 1 x highly experienced customer service professionals, who ideally have lettings or property law knowledge, to help support our client’s members
Lettings Support Officer duties include:
• Answering queries via telephone and email, providing support or signposting legal & compliance queries from members (1st point of call)
• Log accurate data and member discussions on the CRM system.
• Promote/signpost FAQs factsheets and legislation & policy guidance to members.
• Help review and complete existing legal documents and templates.
• Escalate legal queries where applicable
• Keep up to date with property policies & legislations and the general property industry
Lettings Support Officer person specification:
Essential-
• Property or Property Law knowledge and experience
• Professional manner and communication skills
• Customer service experience
• Excellent listening and communication skill
• Proficient Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure/in a fast paced environment
• Eager to self-develop to continue being the expert in your field
Desirable
• Property or legal executive related qualification
• Experience and knowledge within Landlord & Tenant law
