A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Manager covering Responsive and Voids, to join and lead our innovative In-House Maintenance team.

This role will lead a seamless, proactive, and tenant-focused repairs and Voids service managed by Peaks & Plains Housing Trust. The post holder will lead on the strategic direction of the repairs and Voids service in order to deliver a cost effective solution on behalf of the Trust.
