Management Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and qualified Management Accountant initially for 3 month contract, they will be supporting the organisation by providing valuable financial insights to aid decision making.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the production of key month end reports and analysis, working with the team and budget holders where relevant to understand variances to budget
• Support the timely and accurate preparation of budgets and reforecasts. • Work with the wider Finance team and other areas of the organisation.

Essential Criteria

• A Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with previous experience in management accounting.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis and feel comfortable supporting a range of budget holders.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
• Confident in using IT systems including Excel and Sage 200.
• Time management skulls with the ability to manage multiple deadlines with a team focused and adaptable approach to work
