The role
Are you a Systems Accountant with experience of Netsuite?

Significant investment has already been made into the Netsuite system and as an organisation we are focused on capitalising on its business planning and reporting capabilities. You can expect to receive support from within the finance team and wider business to help make this a reality.

The role is pivotal to the continual improvement of systems within the finance function and wider organisation, with a strategic aim of supporting the Group to operate at an enterprise standard within the next year. You will also provide guidance and support to end-users to ensure that they are using NetSuite effectively and efficiently.

What you’ll be doing
  • Reconciling data across all source systems and Netsuite
  • Creating and checking product codes to support the accurate classification of revenue
  • Running checks on balance reconciliations
  • Supporting with month end tasks across Netsuite and adjacent systems which hold revenue and billing data to ensure an accurate view of revenue on an ongoing basis
  • Supporting and aligning system-related activities across all territories within the group (currently includes Ireland, Asia and Middle East)
  • Developing and improving system processes and ensuring that accurate and complete data is generated
  • Developing and maintaining new systems and processes to drive improvements
  • Assisting the Group Financial Controller with system-related tasks
  • Reconciling data across all source systems and Netsuite
What you’ll need to be successful
  • To be a qualified or part qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
  • Previous experience in a similar role, such as Systems Accountant / System Accountant / Netsuite Accountant / Netsuite Specialist / System Implementation Accountant / Project Accountant / Systems Project Manager / Finance Systems Analyst
  • Advanced Excel skills and have excellent knowledge of CRM/accounting software systems
  • Ability to work to deadlines particularly around the month end
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, as you will be working closely with cross-functional teams across different regions
  • Background in system implementation / change management
