Position Overview: We are seeking a visionary Managing Director to lead our company to new heights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC and a demonstrated ability to drive growth and profitability. As the Managing Director, you will be responsible for setting strategic direction, overseeing operations, and ensuring the long-term success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve company objectives and drive growth.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Identify market trends and opportunities, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving initiatives to maximize profitability.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at industry events and conferences.

- Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role, preferably within the HVAC industry.

Salary: Competitive salary range of £100,000 - £125,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
