About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the UK's leading legal service for separating couples.

Reporting to the Brand Manager, you will support the development and execution of marketing strategies across digital channels. This includes administrative tasks, content creation, social media management, and search engine optimisation (SEO).

If you are self-motivated, detail-oriented, want to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you as it will allow you to develop within a scale-up powered by Octopus Group.

In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:

Content creation:

  • Developing engaging content across the website and social media channels.

Administrative:

  • Updating and adding new content to the Content Management System (CMS);
  • Maintaining the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM);
  • Ensuring consistent branding across all marketing channels and updating marketing materials in line with the brand guidelines;
  • Proofreading and copy-editing marketing materials;
  • Monitoring and reporting;
  • Replying to reviews, blog comments and forum questions.

Supporting podcast production:

  • Liaising with podcast guests and managing the podcast calendar;
  • Researching guests, topics and discussion points;
  • Uploading new podcast episodes and transcripts.

Marketing campaign and social media execution:

  • Supporting the execution of digital marketing campaigns across website and email;
  • Managing social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, and engaging with followers and other accounts.

SEO:

  • Supporting an external agency in executing SEO activity.

Requirements

Essential:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills,
  • Understanding of marketing principles and best practices,
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g. Canva);
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to prioritise tasks;
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage your own workload efficiently and take accountability for your workload;
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to check details to ensure accuracy and efficiency;
  • Adaptability, self-motivation, proactivity and curiosity;
  • Proactivity and flexibility – our team members work efficiently and support each other;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Right to work in the UK.

Desirable:

  • Hands-on experience using marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, social media management tools, email marketing platforms, Google Analytics, SEO tools).
