Marketing Associate Professionals

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Associate Professionals. Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis on luxury goods market trends, especially in relation to second-hand luxury items and rare products and understand the characteristics of the Chinese and UK markets
- Produce high-quality product photographs and engaging marketing materials, including brochures, website content, and social media posts
- Manage and maintain the company’s brand image on major social media platforms in China and the UK, including but not limited to WeChat, Weibo, Instagram, and Facebook
- Plan and implement innovative marketing and advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and market share
- Establish and maintain good relationships with personal shoppers, boutique stores, trendy brand shops, collection stores, and individual consumers
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities, including social media engagement, website traffic, and advertising response, and prepare regular reports
- Monitor and analyze the performance and strategies of competitors
- Have a deep understanding of the luxury products offered by the company, including new and rare second-hand items, and ensure up-to-date knowledge of new trends and developments in the market
- Organize and participate in promotional events and campaigns to attract new customers and retain loyalty from existing ones
- Seek and develop cooperative relationships with other brands and businesses to enhance market influence

Experience, Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Capability to conduct in-depth market research and analyze luxury goods market trends
- Professional product photography skills to take high-quality images for marketing and social media purposes
- Proficiency in managing social media platforms in both China and the UK, such as WeChat, Weibo, Instagram, and Facebook, for effective brand social media account management
- Excellent communication abilities to build and maintain good relationships with clients and partners from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to think innovatively to plan and execute creative marketing campaigns
- Ability to analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities, understand data, and formulate strategies based on it
- At least 2-3 years of relevant marketing experience, particularly in the luxury goods or related sectors
- In-depth understanding of the luxury goods market, especially in the domain of second-hand and rare luxury items
- Fluency in English and Chinese to adapt to a multicultural environment and cross-national communication
