Job Role:Marketing Coordinator

Location: Solihull

Working Hours:Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm

Duration: Temporary Contract, 3 months (with potential extension)

Pay: £150 per day

As the Marketing Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of the action and actively engaged with the coordination of thrilling events. On top of that you'll apply your expertise to be the driving force behind supplying the Sales and Commercial team ensuring they're equipped with the most dynamic and impactful marketing materials to dominate the market.

Responsibilities;

• Distributing marketing materials in line with companywide strategic plans
• Delivering promotional updates regularly with the commercial team
• Overseeing all marketing plans and materials for an exciting new product launch
• Organising attendance to UK and International promotional and educational events
• Liaising with various external stakeholders and colleagues
• Booking travel and accommodation for 10+ staff members and external stakeholders
• Ensuring events run smoothly for attendees and ensuring the correct resources are available
• Administration tasks including printing training resources for staff
