As a Marketing Analyst you will be driving customer and marketing insights across multiple brands globally. You play a pivotal role in the wider, award-winning marketing function by using data and insights to enhance performance and innovation across web and digital, multi-channel campaigns and customer insight.

- Working collaboratively with stakeholders cross-functionally, to understand ever-changing business requirements and driving how data and insights can support and inform
- Enhance quality, efficiency and effectiveness of the customer database
- Deliver regular reporting, along with deep dive analysis to monitor and understand the customer and their behaviors
- Producing customer segmentations and selections for targeting campaigns
- Supporting various channel owners with monitoring KPIs, and presenting customer insights and campaign performance analysis
- Managing customer feedback channels, identifying trends and opportunities and making recommendations for improvements
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a Data Analytics and Insight role
- An interest in, and understanding of marketing
- Experience working with marketing and customer data
- Knowledge of tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, FastStats, Alterian would be desirable
- Strong Excel skills are essential
- Commercially savvy with strong presentation skills
- Confident in identifying trends, patterns and opportunities from complex data
