We are looking for a someone with some Marketing knowledge or experience to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black and recently acquired Cremo Grooming… just to name a few!).

A fantastic opportunity to support the North West Europe Marketing team within the Intuition (Wilkinson Sword) team. Your role will be to coordinate, support and implement key activities to assist in the delivery of Edgewell’s marketing programs. These range from developing Marketing Materials, Internal PR and Events, Social and Digital content, In-store materials to ultimately win the point of purchase moment. Implementing activation plans that drive business growth consistently with the overall North West Hub strategy.

Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to:
- Development of Marketing Activation Plans: support the development and delivery of winning programme of initiatives across the portfolio of segments. Creating Marketing materials to support Brand initiatives: including Digital and Social, Point of Sale (POS), PR, loyalty card, direct mails.
- Brand Identity: Supporting and working closely with brand teams to understand brand equity and then translate that into the development of brand collateral such as premiums eg. Posters, promotional merchandise, power chargers, pads etc. in line with the brand objectives and identity.
- Promotional Agency Liaison & Briefing: Work collaboratively with Edgewell’s marketing and category agencies to deliver key initiatives. Ensure agencies are responding to deadlines and all administration eg. Invoicing and payment is efficiently delivered.
- Retailer Interaction: Working alongside the Marketing and Sales team to support interaction with our key Retailers. For example, supporting Shopper Marketing to planning and running Retailer Head Office Events and provide the optimum materials for the Edgewell field Sales Team. Also in-store demo initiatives to drive existing brands, as well as activity to support NPD launches
- Promotional & Brand Initiative Performance Reviews - Evaluation of Activities: Review the success of initiatives, identifying improvements and opportunities for new initiatives, and then share these insights with the wider team in order to improve future plans.
This is a great opportunity for a Marketing Executive/ Graduate to get experience in an International Consumer Goods company.
Here’s what we are looking for:
- Experience in Marketing Executive/ Brand Executive/ Marketing Agency or similar.
- Experience or knowledge of FMCG or Cosmetics desired.
- Computer literate (essential) in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team working skills.
- Ability to multi-task & juggle a number of projects.
- Passion, Positivity and enthusiasm for the role and our brands.
