Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Marketing Manager on behalf of a marketing leading supplier of innovative paints, coatings and specialty materials. The Marketing Manager will be instrumental in the implementation of the Marketing plans, supporting the communication of all marketing activity, and delivering growth across the Retail and Trade channels in Ireland.
Responsibilities:
- Be the account and associated Shopper expert, sharing insights with internal colleagues
- Lead, develop & implement the marketing strategy to achieve sales and profit objectives
- Full Marketing responsibility for driving performance of brands through all routes to market in Ireland
- Develop robust channel plans and initiatives in line with customer requirements that deliver a best in class shopper experience across the full shopper journey; aligned with brand and UK shopper plans
- Drive growth opportunities for brand and private label in all routes to market through innovation, class leading communication and marketing activity
- Work closely with Leadership team and sales teams to manage all elements of the channel
- Build strong cross functional relationships within respective accounts to build a detailed understanding of their business
- Remit incudes National Accounts, Stockists across Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland and JDCs across Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland

Person Specification:
- Educated to degree level in Marketing or a similar discipline
- Previous experience in Marketing/Brand Management role
- Proven track record in creating and implementing strategic marketing plans
- Commercial awareness and ability to react decisively to the market conditions
- Strong communication skills
