We are currently looking for a forward-thinking Marketing Manager with a solid grounding in targeted strategic marketing to help propel the company to its next stage of growth. To be based at our head office in Ipswich, the successful candidate will be an excellent team manager, responsible to help shape the marketing strategy and working with the marketing team to deliver this day-to-day. This means managing and assisting with the delivery of the marketing communications schedule, including email, hard copy, video and social media communication channels, as well as overseeing and approving marketing material, ensuring accuracy of text and brand consistency across all marketing channels. The Marketing Manager will also collaborate with the commercial and sales teams to increase revenue and brand awareness.

Roles & Responsibilities
▪ Work with Sales & Marketing Director to set Klipspringer's marketing strategy, with the key objective of generating marketing-qualified leads to support the growth of the business.
▪ Ensure delivery of Klipspringer's marketing strategy, including regularly analysing and reporting on achieved results, along with suggestions to further improve performance.
▪ Manage, coach and develop marketing team members (4+) to achieve and exceed their agreed KPIs.
▪ Manage and assist with delivery of the marketing communications schedule, including email, hard copy, video and social media communication channels. Oversee and approve marketing material, ensuring accuracy of text and brand consistency across all marketing channels.
▪ Build brand awareness and ensure correct market positioning to attract and engage potential customers in current and developing market sectors.
▪ Work with the sales and commercial teams to assist with the conversion of marketing-qualified leads.
▪ Conduct market research, including analysis of competitors and their sales/marketing strategies.
▪ Build strategic relationships with key industry players. Coordinate external consultants/SMEs as required.
▪ Set and monitor the annual marketing budget to invest wisely and achieve agreed ROI.
