Marketing & Trade Show Assistant (Manufacturing)

A leading FMCG Food Manufacturer is currently recruiting for a Trade Marketing Project Assistant / Trade Marketing & Trade Show Executive to join their team.  The Trade Marketing Project Executive / Trade Marketing & Trade Show Assistant will be a proactive project assistant to work collaboratively on specific short- and long-term projects and be fundamental in Trade Show planning and organising

In this role, you will oversee tasks delegated to you by the Senior Commercial Projects Manager, coordinate with all necessary stakeholders, and ensure that the project is moving forward on time and on budget. Manufacturing and Trade show experience will be deemed advantageous.

This role will need a valid driving license.

Trade Marketing Project Assistant / Trade Marketing & Trade Show Executive:

• Strong administration skills to control all project documentation.
• Work collaboratively with the stakeholders to maximize productivity.
• Collaborate with project teams, contributing to the entire project lifecycle.
• Organise and monitor schedules and see that deadlines are met.
• Coordinate efforts within the team and with outside consultants efficiently.
• Report updates verbally and in written form to management.
• Monitor budget and help ensure resources are used efficiently.
• Coordinate Trade Shows.
• Complete any necessary administrative tasks, such as minute taking, research and email

You will be a Project and Marketing Assistant ideally within a food manufacturing environment and be highly organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize tasks while working independently. The ability to motivate others and keep them on task in a positive and encouraging manner is also a must-have skill in this position.

You will be able to multitask, work well under pressure, and work efficiently to meet strict deadlines and have excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating effectively with others.

Experience of minute taking, and record keeping.

Strong analytical skills to be able to review and challenge data and attention to detail with clear and precise reporting skills are essential.
