Marketing/Office Manager

Calling all marketeers, or those looking for a fabulous marketing role – I’m working for a boutique residential property company based in refined offices in Mayfair. Working hand in hand with the Director, you will be responsible for managing and implementing the company’s Marketing and PR strategy and building excellent relationships with the company’s clients. A truly lovely role for someone with a passion for property.
I am looking for someone with excellent writing skills, a natural people person and happy to work in an intimate environment.
This is a 5 day/week office based role.
Your main duties will include:
- Producing social media content and managing the website
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives
- Maintaining and developing media contacts
- Managing a bi-annual property publication
- Organising the annual Property show
- Day to day management of existing clients
- Researching potential new clients
- General office admin
You will have:
- Interest and/or experience in marketing
- Interest in property desirable
- Social media savvy
- Excellent communicator – verbal and written
- Natural people person
- Extremely well presented
