Location: London, Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day at home)
Salary: £35-45K, 10% Commission on all sales, OTE £70-100K
We’re working on an exciting and unique opportunity perfect for an experienced B2B sales specialist with a proven track record. Our client is one of the fastest growing digital media companies in the UK with an extensive portfolio that serves digital communities through websites, digital magazines, webinars, live and virtual events, and much more.
As a Media Sales Director you would be responsible for managing existing, high value relationships, building new relationships with C-Level marketing executives on Strategy, Media Planning and Media Buying and developing and growing existing and new relationships with Media agency teams across the globe to target our audiences in Fintech/Insuretech or Global Industries such as manufacturing, mining and oil & gas.
What will this role include?
- Managing existing pipelines of spending accounts, increasing revenue growth through strong client and agency relationships & all in bound enquiries Managing the in-bound 360 sales cycle Understanding the Fintech/Insuretech or Global Industries sector and engaging in the portfolio plan Working closely with the management team to deliver on daily, weekly and monthly budgets Becoming an expert influencer within the company and your sector Representing the company as a thought leader in your sector including travelling to key industry events
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Experience at building strong, long term business relationships in the B2B space
- Media/Events/Agency/Sponsorship sales experience is a bonus
- Efficient with LinkedIn &
- Social Media Strong communicator & presentation skills
- Previous use of a modern CRM system with Salesforce experience a bonus
- Determination and willingness to develop and grow your sector
- Become an ambassador for your brands in your sector
