Typing clinic letters for Consultants with precision and efficiency.Booking medical appointments and clinic slots to optimize scheduling.Providing support to Junior Doctors in administrative tasks.Handling service users' calls and email queries with professionalism.Managing RiO caseloads and ensuring compliance with KPIs.Thriving in a very busy and dynamic role.Required Skills:
Previous experience as a Medical Secretary is a must.Excellent typing skills for accurate and timely documentation.Proficient in RiO with current smartcard and practical experience.Competent in diary and medical caseload management
