 Then speak to Becky at JT Recruit who is working in partnership with a specialist mental health service provider, for community physical health for adults based in the North East London region.

We are looking to recruit a full-time and part time experienced Secretary’s to work as part of the management admin team within Mental Health Services Directorate team, based at Wanstead

To be considered for this role you must poses the relevant personal secretarial skills, scheduling/ diary management, minute taking, typing of clinic letters for Consultant, booking medical appointments and clinic slots, supporting Junior Doctors, answering service users calls/email queries, managing RIO caseloads & KPIs.

This is a busy role, and it is essential you have excellent organisation, a proactive approach and the ability to prioritise tasks in order to meet deadlines, working on your own initiative to meet the needs of the managers

If you have the experience of working in a customer facing role, high level Microsoft Office software, typing/word processing qualification and RIO experience
