Member Engagement And Executive Assistant

Our client is currently looking to recruit a permanent Member Engagement and Executive Assistant, on a full-time basis. The post will be hybrid working in the office in Central London.
Key responsibilities for this post will include:

• Organise the CEO’s Member Engagement activities
• Provide administrative support to the Member Engagement Manager and Member Engagement Officer in delivering a number of Member Engagement activities
• Provide support with diary management, travel bookings, arranging internal and external meetings and processing enquiries and correspondence
• Support the Member Engagement Officer in maintain accurate data on members and make necessary changes in the customer management database and other systems, including undertaking the necessary quality checks   

In order to be considered for this post, you will have previous experience with diary management, agenda management and minute-taking. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and will be organised, capable of managing and prioritising a varied workload, work well under pressure and demonstrate a flexible attitude to work.
