Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Member Experience Manager to join our team. This pivotal role will be responsible for ensuring that every member receives exceptional service and enjoys a seamless, personalized experience at V Mayfair. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a flair for hospitality, and a dedication to creating a welcoming and enriching environment for our members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Member Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, ensuring their needs and preferences are anticipated and met with personalized service.
- Service Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure the highest standards of service are consistently delivered across all areas of the club.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute exclusive events and activities that cater to the interests and lifestyles of our members.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and train the member services team to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive and professional environment.
- Feedback Management: Actively seek and respond to member feedback, implementing improvements to enhance the overall Member Experience.
- Sales and Retention: Support membership sales efforts and initiatives to attract new members while ensuring high levels of member retention.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Ideally a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role within luxury hospitality, leisure, or private clubs.
- Skills: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, with a track record of driving service excellence.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our members.
- Proficiency: Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
