Our client, a reputable Central Government organisation, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in their Data and BI team. Job Title:Senior Business Analyst
Duration: 4.5 months
Rate: £600 daily (inside IR35)
Work arrangement: Hybrid from any national office

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team responsible for delivering a range of outcomes in support of the wider business. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Working collaboratively with other team members to deliver new business intelligence solutions and maintain existing solutions using Microsoft Power BI and Power Platform.
• Analysing data and providing insights to inform decision makers and stakeholders.
• Ensuring high standards of data quality are achieved and maintained across systems.
• Taking ownership of the planning and delivery of business analysis activity on projects, applying your expertise in a range of business analysis methods.
• Engaging with a diverse network of stakeholders and users, understanding their needs and requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Experience in business analysis, applying structured approaches to identify, investigate, analyse, and communicate complex business problems and opportunities.
• Knowledge of agile working and the ability to identify and compare the best processes or delivery methods to use.
• Strong skills in business modelling and process improvement.
• Expertise in requirements definition and management, stakeholder relationship management, and systems analysis.
• The ability to work with limited direction and to complete tasks and defined outputs linked to the project.
• A willingness to be assessed against the requirements for BPSS clearance.
