National Account Manager (On Premise) – Monster Energy

Due to exponential year-on-year growth, the business are recruiting for a National Account Manager to join the “On Premise” channel.
This is a great opportunity for a hungry, driven and action orientated candidate to represent a global powerhouse, Monster Energy.
Key responsibilities & duties:
- Build strong relationships with both Internal and External stakeholders
- Become an expert within the On Premise channel, developing your knowledge of the customers, how they operate and key drivers
- Effectively manage and support a team of Regional Account Executives
- Seek out opportunities for growth with your existing account base as well as prospecting new accounts within the On Premise channel
- Develop a business plan and deliver against sales targets within distribution and activation
- Be a brand ambassador in all that you do, positively represent the brands and Monster Energy as a business.
About you:
- Previous experience within drinks is desirable
- Prior experience managing a team with a level headed and supportive approach
- Self-starting, entrepreneurial & highly adaptable in a rapidly changing marketplace
- Strong communication and people skills
- A rapid learner & a creative solver of problems
- Drivers license required
