National Sales Manager - Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
The National Sales Manager for the Multiple Sclerosis (MS) will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to drive the successful commercialization of our MS product across the UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical sales, with a minimum of 3 years of direct experience working specifically with Multiple Sclerosis treatments and therapies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive National Sales strategy to maximize market penetration and drive revenue growth for the MS product.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare professionals, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), and key accounts within the MS treatment landscape.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, medical affairs, market access, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales strategies.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and expenses to ensure effective resource allocation and ROI.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a proven track record of success in selling MS treatments and therapies.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to effectively lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Strong understanding of the MS treatment landscape, including knowledge of key competitors, market trends, and customer insights.
- CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Ability to travel nationally as needed.
