The brand itself is a category leader and is in rapid growth, making it a very exciting opportunity for the right candidate.
Description
My client are looking for an experienced National Account Manager - Haircare to drive growth in the UK market, managing their account base.
The National Account Manager - Haircare:
- Manage their account base for this market leading haircare brand - Top 4 Grocers, Superdrug + Boots
- Manage the full P&L, buyer interaction, JBPs etc
- Drive sales to increase distribution, broaden assortment, and accelerate rate of sale within your account base
- Manage trade marketing budget to maximise impact of the brand in store and online
- Identify new opportunities in the existing account portfolio
- Conduct frequent retailer meetings to build and review day to day business and present NPD projects and seasonal updates
- Continue to build the existing strong working relationships the business has with its retailers.
- Build logical business plans with the retailers.
- Analyse business performance to identify trends at the product/brand level and develop/execute strategies to grow sales and market share
- Manage operational and financial forecasts
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs.
Profile
The Successful National Account Manager - Haircare:
- Proven track record in a National Account Manager role
- Proven track record working with the top 4 grocers / Boots / Superdrug
- Health & Beauty experience is desired but not essential
- Proven track record working for a FMCG / health & beauty business
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Full UK driving license and ability to travel to visit customers is essential.
- To travel to the office 2 days per week (overnight stay is provided if needed).

Job Offer
The Successful National Account Manager - Haircare:
- £50,000 - £60,000 per annum base salary
- £5,000 per annum car allowance
- 20% bonus
