We are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Account Manager to join our team, focusing on the on-trade sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts within the on-trade channel, driving sales growth, and fostering strong relationships with our partners in the hospitality industry.
About you
- Proven track record and success as an Account Manager within the beer or beverage sector, ideally with cask and keg beer exposure.
- On Trade experience, in a similar Account Management role where you can demonstrate a growth mindset and tangible achievements.
- Relish the challenge of working in an agile team with a high level of responsibility to deliver.
- Must be able to demonstrate excellent selling, presentation, negotiation, and account management skills.
- A track record of superior customer relationships and building cross functional internal relationships/networks to achieve results.
- Must have excellent commercial awareness and aptitude, with high levels of numeracy.
- Category Management experience and a good understanding of marketing requirements, consumer insight and evolving opportunities in the On Trade.
- Excellent customer service skills, and act quickly and promptly with all business queries and sales requests.
- Fully IT conversant, with high levels of skill in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good understanding of P&L reporting, accounting procedures and cost controls.
- Strong confident communicator with good influencing and interpersonal skills with a capability to flex style when appropriate.
- UK Driving Licence.
