My client, based in London, are a leading ethical water brand looking to add an ambitious National Account Manager - Travel Retail + Starbucks to their growing team.

My client are a leading ethical water business based out of London. Their vision is very simple - sell bottled water in the UK to fund water projects across the world. So far they have raised over £30 million and changed over 5 million people's lives through the provision of clean water access.
My client were one of the first brands to use recycled materials in their products, become carbon neutral and they continue to lead from the front in all things purpose and sustainability.
They offer a range of package formats as well developing and releasing a new range of hydrating and energising effervescent tablets too.
Due to continued growth in the business, they are now seeking a talented National Account Manager who will build on their success and change more lives in the future.
Description
The National Account Manager - Travel Retail + Starbucks:

• Full P&L responsibility for 2 of their largest accounts - Starbucks and World Duty Free
• You will oversee all relationship management and create and own the strategic direction.
• Seek new end customers via existing route to market network
• Full P&L responsibility to deliver year on year growth across Gross & Net profit KPI's
• Seek new opportunities/route to market partners to distribute their range
• Launch and execute NPD across the channel
• Analyse business performance to identify trends at the product/brand level and develop/execute strategies to grow sales and market share
• Manage operational and financial forecasts
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs.
• Be commutable to my clients office, London, 3 days a week.

Profile
The Successful National Account Manager - Travel Retail + Starbucks:

• A proven track record within an FMCG / Drinks business
• A proven track record working as a National Account Manager
• A proven track record managing Travel Retail / QSR / Away from / Out of Home accounts
• Strong commercial skills and financial management
• Strong presentation skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Exceptional communication and negotiation skillsStrong organisational and leadership skillsA customer-oriented mindsetStrong analytical capabilities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Full UK driving license and ability to travel to visit customers is essential.
• To travel to a London office 3 days a week.

Job Offer
The Successful National Account Manager - Travel Retail + Starbucks:

• £50,000 - £55,000 per annum base salary
• £6,000 per annum car allowance
• 20% bonus
• Healthcare cash equivalent allowance of £1,000 pa
• Holiday allowance of 25 days per annum + bank holidays
• Life insurance 4x your salary for your dependants

• A trip to one of our life changing projects within 2 years of you joining the business
