New Business Administrator
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who has great communication and organisational skills, and who wants to work as part of a team. As the New Business Administrator, you will focus on meeting the contract activation needs of our customers ensuring their vehicles are paid for on time and ready for use. You are detail-orientated and have the ability to work to deadlines alongside your internal colleagues to deliver an exceptional service to our customers and retail network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure relevant documentation is produced and completed by the customer within the time required.
- Load proposals for all contract types and liaise with the Business Executives and Business Managers regarding credit decisions.
- Attend monthly reviews of sales processes and provide training to ensure any changes are made and practiced correctly.
- Work as part of the wider Financial Services support team to deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
