Sales Administrator - HIGH WYCOMBE - £25,000 - £27,000 

A friendly, welcoming, innovative company based in High Wycombe. We create insight led,
imaginative, technically advanced retail solutions from entire flagship stores, to smaller bespoke
executions.


Purpose of the Role
You are a key relationship owner for assigned client accounts – supporting Account Management with responsibility for retention and growth. Ensuring clients derive maximum value from our services. Deliver all projects diligently, to budget and on time. Ensure a deep enough understanding of clients’ individual expectations to head off potential issues before they become problems

Key Responsibilities

  • Support multiple accounts; develop positive working relationships with all
  • Raising, sending and logging Purchase Orders and invoices
  •  Project administration
  •  Writing Statement of Works (SOW) documents.
  • Critical Path Analysis [CPA] / Timeline management
  • Support in communication and project management between internal departments
  • Brief writing
  • Tender process
  • Client reporting
  • Client meeting attendance
  • Meeting action points
  • Reporting of data
  • Business update reports
  • Support in delivery client strategy and development
  • Build relationships with new clients & maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Client product planogram management
  • Ensure client compliance with relevant legal requirements and brand guidelines etc
