Our client, based in Portslade, are looking for a New Business Coordinator to join their team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will become the first point of contact between our client and their customers, and will satisfy queries and requests for advice and information in a timely and effective manner. Responsibilities Process all new and renewal accounts within a specified timescale and ensuring all paperwork submitted is accurate Collate and post out welcome packs to new clients Liaise with stockroom for lead times on orders Keep customers informed of the progress with their orders Maintain the tracker Ensure installations have been carried out to the customer's satisfaction Complete general office duties including answering incoming calls, filing and post Provide cover for Customer Service Administrators during busy periods Requirements Customer centric Excellent communicator, written and verbally Attention to detail Positive outlook when juggling multiple tasks Experience in an office-based administrative or customer service role is preferred, but not essential Benefits Access to company Share Save scheme Employee wellness programme and referral scheme Company pension Life assurance Access to training academy dedicated to development of staff Job Title : New Business Coordinator Location: Portslade Salary: £22,000-£23,500 per annum Full Time For more information, please contact Chloe McCausland at Clearline Recruitment.
