SalaryB&M Retail are currently recruiting for Customer Service Assistants to join our brand new team for our store in Stourbridge! These are temporary part-time positions working 16 hours a week between the hours of 8am and 8pm in our Customer Service department.

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be at the heart of our stores and will ensure our customers have a great experience. Whether you are replenishing stock on the shop floor or delivering great Customer Service at the checkouts, no two days are the same!
Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic team players with a passion for retail & delivering great service! We are looking for colleagues who will thrive in our fast paced, high energy environment!

We’re big on personality and attitude - experience in a fast-paced retail environment or Customer Service is a bonus, but not essential.
