Overview:
Call Centre Agent is responsible for handling and processing all inbound calls outside of normal business hours, including bank holidays. The agent will be responsible for providing the highest-level of customer service, whilst ensuring each call is handled in a timely and effective manner.
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients.
We are looking for flexible and reliable Call Centre agents to take inbound calls from
residents about repairs & emergency repairs.
We are looking for someone to join our night team
06:00- 09:00 am. Monday - Friday ( fixed 15 hrs )
Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Providing customer support and resolving issues in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Meeting or exceeding call handling and customer service targets.
Requirements:
- Previous Call Centre or customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and self-motivated with excellent time-management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must work from somewhere in the UK
