About The Role
- To create a positive visitor experience for all Visitors attending.
- To ensure Health and Safety regulations are complied with around the venues.
- Ensure venues are kept to the high standard visually, always going the extra mile and caring about the space you are working in.
- To clean to OCS Cleaning Standards, following all policies, procedures, and training.
- Responds to all cleaning incidents as required, escalating to managers where necessary,
To be successful in the role, you will need:
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in cleaning is desirable and in a customer facing role.
- A motivated, friendly and engaging individual with a passion for events.
