Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Duties:
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Perform clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and data entry
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Coordinate meetings and events, including making travel arrangements
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations
- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills:
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in typing and computer skills, including knowledge of Google Suite
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Data entry experience is a plus
- Familiarity with office equipment and procedures
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred but not required
